What is breathwork?
Breathwork (sometimes also written breath work) consists of thousands of ancient and modern breathing techniques that all have the same goal of positively affecting our well-being and accessing deeper states of the mind, body, and spirit for healing and growth using our breath. At its core, breathwork is a self-care tool with many benefits.
The style of breathwork you'll be guided through uses a conscious-connected, circular 3-part breathing pattern that will leave you feeling lighter, calmer and more confident, motivated, energized, at peace, and grounded. There are many similar, but different styles of this particular type of breathwork.
Benefits:
Reduced stress and anxiety
Increased energy, clarity, creativity, and stamina
Enhanced concentration and flow
Improved sleep and mood
Decreased pain and inflammation
Increased optimism, compassion, and joy
Decreased burnout, frustration, and overwhelm
Improved well-being and peace of mind
A deepened connection with yourself and others
Strengthened immune system functioning
And so much more!

Reiki Shares
Upcoming Dates
Join us for a Reiki Share where we will connect, learn, give & receive. This is open to all Reiki levels.
Alittle bit about our Reiki Shares And some gentle reminders
We will start right at 11:11 with an opening meditation so we appreciate your timely arrival at 11 or prior to get settled.
We request that if your schedule changes and you are not able to make it you will contact us in advance to let us know so we can open the spot for another practitioner!
What to know about the space
We are located downtown on Church St near Greenman Brewery.
We offer a number of services in the space and utilize the larger room for events and offerings when we are not providing our IV services
Our larger room can accommodate about 10 people comfortably, and we have another room with table should we need it!
We have a variety of tools we can share/play with! Including singing bowls, tuning forks, various crystals for use (and for purchase!), biomat, and more! But feel free to bring any special tools you enjoy using in your practice!
PARKING:
We do have parking available right in front of the office and in the gravel lot to the left. Please do not park in front of the building to the right of our blue building or in the Dance Ministry spaces.
WHAT TO BRING: yourself, a bottle of water, and a snack if you feel you will need it!
We have ionized Kangen water on site you may fill up your bottles before you leave!
Benefits of joining a Reiki share include:
- A sense of community and belonging: this is a great opportunity to meet and connect with other Reiki practitioners. Being part of a group with a shared purpose can be incredibly comforting and supportive.
- Deepened relaxation: The collective energy can enhance the calming effect of Reiki, helping you to release stress and find peace.
- Accelerated healing: The group setting can intensify the flow of energy, potentially leading to quicker and more profound healing experiences. In a reiki share, sessions are generally 20 minutes long. Though shorter than a typical reiki session, it can be so beneficial to receive reiki from multiple hands at one time.
- Learning and growth: a Reiki share is an amazing opportunity to connect with Reiki practitioners, practice & learn from others. Witnessing the Reiki journeys of others and having an opportunity to practice your skills can offer both insights and inspiration for your own path.
Whether you're new to Reiki or a seasoned practitioner, a Reiki share is a beautiful way to experience the unity and potency of group energy work. Join us for our next Reiki share and embrace the journey to wellness together. 🌿✨
